I made you these beads because you are awesome.
You kick anxiety and depression not always with grace but hey, who can! You get lonely even with 4 little people in the house and forget that there is a world out there and you filled your life with amazing supportive people who love you, but you just push through…solo!
Mum guilt gets you almost everyday and you get so tired, but you are so in love with your children you get up everyday and do it all over again.
You are passionate about the work you do and the incredible people you get to work and create for.
I’m so glad you realised that YOU come first, YOU! You know that looking after yourself is the best way to look after your family.
Everything fell into place when you started loving yourself, when you realised you are more than a mother. You are a wife, a friend, you are a strong woman.
So I made you these beads and I made them purple, your favourite colour so when you feel the mum guilt creep in or that cloud of anxiety and sadness floating overhead and even when your lonely you can wear your treasures and know that this feeling will pass.
Breath and take time for you, go and walk through your trees or howl at the moon, because you are amazing
